At the market since 2005Damian and James sell their premium BBQ sauces to 27 retail locations and restaurants across the province. The name, “Bon Vivant” is a French slang for “one who appreciates good food and wine”. Damian is a chef by trade. All of their sauces are gluten free except for the Korean flavour. The processing plant is located in St. Boniface and Damian and James are originally from Selkirk, Manitoba. Products: Premium BBQ Sauces (Citrus, Carribean, Korean, Fire Roasted Jalopeno and Chive, Chocolate Chile) and a Sweet Chili Spice Rub. Gift baskets are also available. |

At the market since 2003Ken and Annabelle Kornelson also own the Pacific Spring roll Factory Restaurant and Catering Service, located at 64 Keewatin Street. Pacific Spring Roll is home to “The Original Philipino Style Spring Roll”. Their first year at the market the Kornelson’s brought lawn chairs for them and their staff to sit during the market hours. They soon realized that they would never be able to use them because they were so busy serving up tasty cuisine for the market goers! You will not be able to miss their tent as they are the ones with the constant line up! Products: They prepare the following foods to eat while at the market: Bison/beef burgers, pulled pork on a bun, roast beef on a bun, hot dogs, kebobs, onion rings, fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, vegetarian egg rolls, spring rolls and cold drinks.
