Betty and Josko moved to St. Andrews in 1986 and have been growing produce
for their family and friends since. Now, they have been selling at the
market for 2 years and they are proud that their operation is all natural.
They operate without the use any chemicals or fertilizers.

Products: Pickles, jams, jellies, zucchini, dills, onions, horseradish
and yellow squash.

John and his family were originally from Russia. They then moved to Germany
and finally came to Canada to produce their unique types of honey!
At the market since: 2004
Products: Various types of honey including canola, alfalfa, sunflower,
buckwheat, Linden Honey, and Spring Honey.

Phil’s
Honey
Starbuck
Phil has been an apiarist or ‘beekeeper’ for as long as he
can remember! His honey is mainly clover but has other varieties as well.
He is also on the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market Board of Directors!

Products: Food: Honey: clover (sweet and mild), buckwheat, and sunflower,
and fresh honey comb!
Non-food: Beeswax candles.

Sara’s
Crafts
Steinbach
Sara sells her homemade preserves and handmade creations at the St. Norbert
Farmers’ Market and also at the farmers’ market in Steinbach.
She has always sewn for her big family and as her children grew older,
the sewing kept building up and it was time to sell it!

Products: Food: Pickles, jams, dills, beets, bread and butter pickles,
and party pickles.
Non-food: Baby bibs and receiving blankets.
