Damian and James sell their premium BBQ sauces to 27 retail locations and restaurants across the province. The name, “Bon Vivant” is a French slang for “one who appreciates good food and wine”. Damian is a chef by trade. All of their sauces are gluten free except for the Korean flavour. The processing plant is located in St. Boniface and Damian and James are originally from Selkirk, Manitoba.

Ken and Annabelle Kornelson also own the Pacific Spring roll Factory Restaurant and Catering Service, located at 64 Keewatin Street. Pacific Spring Roll is home to “The Original Philipino Style Spring Roll”. Their first year at the market the Kornelson’s brought lawn chairs for them and their staff to sit during the market hours. They soon realized that they would never be able to use them because they were so busy serving up tasty cuisine for the market goers! You will not be able to miss their tent as they are the ones with the constant line up!
