Jason and Natalie home-mill the organic grains used for their baking. They make their creations fresh weekly with health as their number one priority. Many of their items are egg free, gluten free, wheat free, lactose free and vegan friendly! They do not use white salt, white sugar, white flour and margarine. Not only do they have a large selection of healthy food options, but they also have homemade jewelry made by their two daughters, Dara and Dayvia. Marco began making Taralli – The Italian Style Pretzel out of his home about 6 years ago. His handmade Premium Italian Style Snacks are boiled, baked and are all natural (made without the use of chemicals).

Mike uses all local products in his baked goods which are all baked from
scratch! They are all baked out of a commercial bakery. He makes “The
World’s Absolute Best…Butter Tarts!” You just gotta
try ‘em! Call (204) 269-3778 to make orders for delivery or pick
up at the market. Mike also holds the market's first aid kit.

Allan Graham and his family are third and fourth generation farmers on their homestead in Carman, Manitoba which began in 1878. They have 30 acres of fruit! All of their products are processed in their federally licensed kitchen. You can also find their products at the following Winnipeg retailers: Vic's Fruit Market, Tall Grass Prairie Bakery (Located in the Forks), Borowski's Health Foods, St. Leon Gardens (May through September), Crampton's Farm Market (May through September). They also sell their product at McGill's Country Lane and Sears in Carman.

Kathy has always loved cooking and has owned her own business at 349 Dufferin in Winnipeg for 18 years! Her business is only open during the winter months so if you want to buy her products in the summer, you have to visit her at the market!

Linda and Chris moved to Canada about 25 years ago from the UK where Linda worked as a teacher of home economics and needlework. She loved to sew and her husband Chris, is a chef by trade. Chris is currently a Culinary Arts Instructor at a local Vocational School. Together, they make a great team. To prepare for the market, Linda sews on Monday and Tuesday, while Wednesday to Friday Linda helps Chris with the cooking and baking.

Mum’s Country Bakery and Café is a family run bakery owned by Tony and Debbie Unger and is operated by their six daughters! The bakery is located along Hwy 210, just east of Landmark, Manitoba. You can enjoy their breakfast, pizza, cider and other specials at the Café or come to the market and take home some of their home-made baking!
